1. Free Cancellation

Bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled check-in date. We will confirm your cancellation by email or WhatsApp.

2. Late Cancellation

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before check-in, or no-shows, may be charged for the first night of the booking. This applies to both direct bookings and bookings made through third-party platforms per their own terms.

3. Early Departure

If you check out earlier than your confirmed departure date, the remaining booked nights may be charged unless you notify reception at least 24 hours in advance.

4. Changes & Modifications

Date changes are subject to availability and may affect the nightly rate. Please contact the hostel directly to modify your booking.

5. Group Bookings

Group bookings (5 or more guests) may have a separate cancellation schedule. Please contact us directly to confirm the terms for your group.
