1. Reservations

Reservations are confirmed once we receive your booking details. We recommend confirming directly with the hostel by phone or WhatsApp before arrival, especially during peak season. Prices are per night and may vary by season, room type, and occupancy.

2. Check-in & Check-out

Check-in is from 2:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM on all locations unless otherwise agreed. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may carry an additional charge.

3. Payment & Cancellation

Payment is due at check-in unless agreed otherwise. Please review our cancellation policy for details on free-cancellation windows and applicable fees.

4. House Rules

Guests are expected to respect fellow travellers, staff, and property. Quiet hours apply overnight in dormitories. Smoking is not permitted indoors. Please report any damage to reception so we can resolve it fairly.

5. Tours & Activities

Tours and activities arranged through our travel desk are operated by trusted third-party providers. While we select partners carefully, Laughing Leopard Hostels is not liable for acts of nature, provider cancellation, or personal injury during third-party activities.

6. Liability

Guests are responsible for their own belongings. Secure lockers are provided in dorms, and a safety deposit box is available at reception for valuables. We are not responsible for items left unattended.
